Local Lifestyle

Olde Naples offers residents an array of advantages from outstanding beaches to an ideal central location, all of which have helped make it one of the most desirable areas in the state. Because of this, some of Florida’s wealthiest residents have chosen to call this exclusive community home, making it one of the most affluent neighborhoods in Naples. The average annual household income for the community is nearly twice the national average, and homes in Olde Naples are typically valued between $2 million and $5 million.

The lifestyle here is relaxing and elegant. While most of the city offers 24-hour service, the majority of bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues close at midnight in this quaint community, making it much more popular for residents to get an early start playing tennis or bocce rather than staying out ‘til the last call.

Dining, Entertainment & Shopping

Olde Naples’ dining scene is as high-end and sophisticated as the rest of the community, with exceptional eateries and upscale restaurants on every corner. If residents are looking to start their day off right, there’s no place better than Jane’s Garden Café. This laid-back eatery serves some of the best breakfast and lunch in the area, with guests returning time and time again for their crab and shrimp scrambler, fried egg BLT, and fabulous challah French toast.

Sails Restaurant is certainly a local favorite. Their innovative and exquisite approach to contemporary American cuisine has put them at the top of everyone’s list. Their highly regarded menu includes hamachi crudo with melon and pickled radish, slow-cooked crispy pork belly, lobster ravioli, and Wagyu tenderloin with garlic confit.

Campiello serves some of Florida’s best Italian cuisine. Their refined menu includes spicy fried calamari, corn and mushroom pizza with house-made ricotta, fusilli pasta with Gulf shrimp, and grilled beef tenderloin with parmigiano fonduta. The Bevy is the “it” place for fantastic food and drinks. This social hotspot serves an array of signature cocktails as well as delicious bites like tropical ceviche, lobster fra diavolo, and a mouthwatering marinated skirt steak.

The Dock at Crayton Cove is the best fine dining restaurant with seaside dining in all of Naples. The elegant yet relaxed ambiance perfectly matches the elevated comfort food menu, including pan-roasted black mussels, pineapple Chilean sea bass, la Florida paella, and world-class fish and chips.

Things to Do

Residents never run out of things to do in this wonderful community, which is filled to the brim with shopping areas, entertainment opportunities, and recreational activities. Shopping on 5th Avenue South is guaranteed to be a quality experience. With several national brand shops and small boutiques as well as a variety of outstanding restaurants, it’s easy to spend hours, if not an entire day, wandering up and down the streets.
